1. Provider

animalshelteer.com is operated by animalshelteer.com, LLC, EDRPOU 16634021, Business Center Leonardo, 7B Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine. 2. Services and advertising

We organise and sell route planning: stays, travel legs, and a planning fee. Statements on festivals, prices, availability and official affiliation are truthful and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.

3. Bookings, price and payment

Before purchase we disclose the service, the total price with all mandatory fees and taxes, booking and payment terms, and cancellation and refund rules, per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991. Bookings are confirmed after payment and our written confirmation.

4. Itinerary, accommodation and package travel

Routes are reviewed before departure and changes are communicated promptly. Accommodation and transport meet the stated category and standard. For package or festival travel we disclose tour-operator or travel-agent status, contract and financial-guarantee details, and visa and insurance responsibility under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995.

5. Age and user obligations

Bookings by persons under 18 require verifiable parent or guardian consent. You must give accurate data, hold valid documents, follow local law and venue rules, and not resell services without permission.

6. Liability

We are liable within the limits of applicable law and not for events outside our control, such as weather, strikes or third-party supplier failures where we acted with due care.

7. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@animalshelteer.com or +380 961 160 8268; we respond within 10 business days. Consumer disputes may be addressed to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991).

8. Personal data and governing law

We process names, contact and booking data under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 1 June 2010; see our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
