Name, email, phone, travel dates, destinations and route preferences, the text of your request, consent records, and technical data such as IP address and browser type.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We use data to answer route-review requests, prepare the review, improve the service and meet legal duties. Bases are your consent, performance of a request and our legitimate interest. Service, price and complaint information is provided before any order under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991.

4. Cookies and analytics

Non-essential cookies, analytics and marketing tags are set only after your prior informed consent, shown in the cookie notice, which you may withdraw at any time. Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 1 June 2010; Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020.

5. Sharing and retention
