Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellation, change and refund terms for trip planning and travel arrangements sold by animalshelteer.com LLC, EDRPOU 16634021, Business Center Leonardo, 7B Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine.
1. Cancellations and changes
Send requests in writing to contact@animalshelteer.com or call +380 961 160 8268. Timing, supplier terms and proximity to departure determine fees. An administration fee may apply. Non-refundable items may include visas, insurance, service fees, deposits and confirmed bookings.
2. Package travel
Where we organise package travel, your rights arise under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995. Before booking we disclose tour-operator or travel-agent status, contract and financial-guarantee details, and insurance and visa responsibility. Insolvency protection, where required, is stated in your contract.
3. Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method after supplier settlement, less non-refundable items and bank or payment charges. We confirm the amount and basis in writing.
4. Complaints and consumer rights
Contact us first. Consumer disputes may also be addressed to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Before purchase we provide clear information on service, price, booking and payment terms, cancellation and refund rules, and complaint procedure under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015. Advertising claims are truthful and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
